Pub Report - The Jolly Gardeners, Vauxhall

Fancy a London pub experience that's a little bit different? Try out the Jolly Gardeners in Vauxhall! The pub is the product of the imagination of five friends who were furloughed during lockdown and has gone from strength to strength since then.

The pub food was reviewed in The Independent as 'pub food done right' and we'd struggle to argue. Your pub classic cheeseburger is available from a regenerative farm for a very respectable £17.50 in the current economic climate. The pub interior is also tastefully adorned with greenery, as you would expect from a pub called the Jolly Gardeners.

We then turn our attention to the prices and from here you can see the pub was founded by a group of friends! A pint of Bitburger Pilsner is available for an economical £5.50 while all cocktails come in at £9. A pint of Guinness is a little pricier at £6.70 but you pay for what you get in terms of pub atmosphere and ambience.
